In which currency are the prices displayed on the website?
All prices are quoted in CHF.
I just placed an order. When will it ship?
Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be dispatched. Average delivery time is 7-10 business days, excluding holidays. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 business days after your order is dispatched. If you have not received a tracking number after 5 business days, please email us at robertjauu @gmail .com .
I'm not satisfied with my order. Can I return it? What if there's a problem?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return it to us at your own expense for a full refund. Once we receive the product, we will refund you the full amount of your purchase. Please include your name and order number on all returned packages.
Please note: If your package is still on its way to you, please wait until it arrives before returning it and requesting a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without penalty! However, the cancellation must be made before the item has been shipped. If the item has already been shipped, please use our return system to receive a full refund.
I entered an incorrect address, what can I do?
In case you have entered an address incorrectly, please simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm the correction. After you confirm the incorrect address, please notify us by email at robertjauu @gmail .com . We can change the address within 24 hours of your order. After this time, no refund can be given for an incorrect address.
